Playing 'guess who' about blame for Gulf oil spill!
Staff Reports
Tuesday, June 29, 2010
Let’s talk about the Gulf oil spill. Who let the permits slip by? Who didn’t bother to get a environmental inspection done for the deepwater drilling?
Liz Birnbaum, that’s who, the person who was running the Mineral Management Service.
Who delegated her in the first place? Could it have been Barack Obama? I don’t know you; tell me. Who is not taking the blame? So far, I’ve seen BP take the blame, and its engineer manager taking blame.
I wonder if BP backed Obama with campaign contributions? If so, Obama would be beholden to BP and let it slip through inspection and permits.

Editor’s note: Birnbaum, since dismissed, was appointed by current Secretary of the Interior: Ken Salazar.
Eddie note’s: Follow the “money trail,” where does it lead you? Ken Salazar took office as the Secretary of the Interior under Barrack Obama, in January 20th, 2009. Just follow the money…..! Eddie says!

Dirty Corporate Feet Conspiracy IV:
Dirty Corporate Feet Conspiracy IV:
101 How to get robbed from Home!
In 2006, I was buying a home in Washington, I had movers give estimates for moving cost. We decided to go with Bekins Moving Company? They gave us a low bid, the sales person seemed nice! We thought everything seemed, to be on the up and up!
Then came moving day; Bekins, went to are mothers first in Carmichael, because she sold her home first which was enough, to move us to Washington. The movers at Bekins, got the mother moved but had stuff missing as she was missing her car keys to her new Volvo, which we had to pay for new keys to get made. The keys cost $150.00 with a remote $800.00! This was the first sign of everything going wrong with the move?
Bekins then came to are house in Orangevale, for pick up. They loaded everything, we didn’t notice to many problems with the load. My wife and I were feeling still pretty good about the move. Just had a miss-placed car key, is all from the mother-in-law house?
Were on the road now heading to Washington, as we arrive in Washington! We called are realtor to let him know, we’ve arrived and are staying in a hotel for the night. The realtor said, he’ll see us at are new house tomorrow to finalize the paper work and bank statements.
Come next morning we called our realtor in California, they had a bank transaction problem and the bank of the builders, is letting the builder not to let us in the new house?
It took several days maybe, a week? We were stuck in a hotel and had are animals, no new home yet. It was pretty shocking, we were pretty homeless to say the least.
Finally the money transaction went through, after are realtors in California, stuck us with a weeks rent in a hotel which should have been just one night.
Then we get to the house the door is open lights are on plans on the kitchen counter. No Builder, Realtor or Broker around. We get the keys to our new house, great we thought! Bekins wanted to charge us more than they proposed by quite a bit. Now we are having a problem with Bekins and their hold our houses stuff, hostage! Until the new disclosed totally, is paid!
Finally the Bekins issue, is resolved but not peacefully! Now were unpacking are stuff and find out the shelves to are Cairo’s, are missing and beds are not assembled correctly. Here we are with Cairo’s maybe a couple of (thousand dollars) worth and we cant use them?
We called Bekins for reimbursed of damages to our stuff.
Now we are very unsettled with the move at this point! I believe we had to contact the better business for this matter. We fought with American express eight months to pull off ex-charges that Bekins billed us for. Bekins didn’t honor their insurance, that they made us take and pay for. Bekins just broke are stuff and said to bad!
My trade is that of an Engineer, I noted this brand new home at the time 2006, with cracks in the ceiling going all the way across the walls, plumbing issues electrical issues breakers not working, The front door would not lock the lock actually, just feel off! No cocking done in the bathrooms or showers, toilets clogged, with sand in them because the (well) out side the house has collapsed. I found a hundred of problems and malfunctions through out the house. At one point the builder, paid me to fix the new home because he found out I was an Engineer. The builder made good on a lot of his mistakes but their seemed to be an-- Architectural and Engineering-- problem with the house! In other words a lemon home.
The builder would not lessen the price with all these damages, so he got a letter to the better business beaur as well. I wanted to cancel the sale. The builder said he would not cancel the sale and for me to do what, I had o do!
The realtor in Washington, didn’t inform us that the land had, bad water. The water just wrecked the toilets, the tubs, the showers, we were on the fence with him too. I told the broker about the miss-representation; that his realtor did to us. The broker said maybe we wont do anything, for you? -if- I go to the papers and tell my story! I was even black mailed by the broker.
In all, it was the most horrific experience of my life and I have told a lot of shocking stories! The Bad Movers; The Realtor that withheld information; The black mailing Broker and The lousy Builder.
The story got published up in Washington, Olympian newspaper in 2007
Sincerely,

Ferret Theory - IV Nothing but bastards!
Ferret Theory, IV nothing but basterds:
The Anheuser-Busch, papers of deliberate betrayal
While going over various legal papers from the “Anheuser-Busch Companies” I just happened to read a letter dated March 18, 1996 from Legal Assistant- Mckeehan, she indicated for me to direct my ideas and sign the non-confidentiality Agreement to Mr. Tim Schoen - Director, Budweiser Marketing. Mr. Schoen: He will evaluate my proposal, determine Anheuser-Busch’s interest in it, and respond to me. Scott D. Miller-Associate General Counsel, responded to a letter; I wrote to August A. Busch III. Scott says, we appreciate the fact that you submitted certain ideas to Anheuser-Busch in good fait and are--sorry,-- that I feel these submissions were not similarly treated. “Anheuser-Busch did process my submissions in good faith,” so Scott says? But my ideas played no role in the development of Anheuser-Busch’s independently created commercials. That’s his story! The Associate General Counsel-Scott D. Miller, then said “we regret any-- misunderstanding.”
Letter July 22, 1996
Richard W. Renner-Senior Associate General: Indicated to me First, we regret any confusion and disappointment that, I might have. To clarify any miscommunication, we are very grateful for the efforts, I made to provide Anheuser-Busch. Furthermore Mr. Schoen previously informed you Eddie, that in his letter March 15,1996, that his letter was declining all of your ideas. Richard said “ he wasn’t aware that Anheuser-Busch has made any use of or has any further interest in pursing the ideas, I submitted. Richard, then--
thanked me for my interest in Anheuser-Busch.
I submitted most of my ideas to the “Promotion Department,” Debbie Krupy. What was interesting there, was her employment was terminated just prier to mine? The only thing that made it unique was she was employed be Anheuser-Busch in Missouri. I worked for Costco in California. She apparently was a little more expendable for Anheuser-Busch so she was done away early in the game.
Compared to Mr. Schoen and these General Counsel people.
Sacramento Business Journal: pointed out to me that these General Counsel members of Anheuser Busch, were not trying to tell me all the truth and where in fact lying to me about some of the commercial ideas. Sacramento Business Journal said “ The letters from the lawyers mentioned the alligators and the penguin but they don’t say anything about the
ferret.”
Here’s, yet another point of interest to the reader:
I’ve made quit a splash with this Anheuser-Busch story lately, now it’s in the news Mr. Schoen, after 28 years he’s leaving Anheuser-Busch pushing four days now? He’s leaving the company to pursue new career interests? It’s probably me but I would say that Anheuser-Busch is starting to cover it’s tracks on this scandal, maybe even sweat a little bit!
Best Regards:
Eddie

“I am the maker of rules, dealing fools III.”
In 2006 I believe? Eddie, was taken to court by his neighbor who has so many connections with the system, it isn’t funny. Mr. Blackburn got a reduced judgment on Eddie. Blackburn was suing for $5000 dollars, the judge gave Blackburn a judgment of $500 dollars the Sacramento Supreme Court said “Eddie was responsible for his handicapped child tossing things over the fence at the neighbors.” Eddie and his wife were outraged at such a decision. Eddie said “If a kid wants to throw he’s going to throw anyways! Especially, a mentally handicap kid?” The Judge didn’t care!
While Eddie, was visiting California in 2007. Eddie was trying to sell his house in Washington. Mr. Blackburn, union legal guru, in Eddie’s neighborhood. Blackburn was an Army Panama veteran with guerrilla warfare experience. He looked for an opportunity to attack Eddie’s in 2007, possibly for his reduced judgment sentence.
The neighbor Blackburn, that drives around in a "Harley" lives next to Eddie in Orangevale, Blackburn, attacked Eddie in front of his own wife. Then called the Sheriffs and hoped it would go their way. I found out this neighbor has ties to the Sacramento, Sheriff's. He's a legal advisor or something like that to the Sac county Sheriff's Assoc........ A neighbor on the other side, told Eddie. That Mr. Blackburn, is in fact with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Association. Blackburn also was a VA Legal Eagle, National Service Officer {Specialist.} Eddie said are you sure? The neighbor said look Eddie, my son is with the “Highway Patrol.” I'm sure. Eddie was shocked!
A neighborhood church person, seen the fight that took place between Eddie and his neighbor Blackburn. Then gave a statement to the Sheriff. The Sheriff said "today’s your lucky day Eddie!"
The Fire Department, was first on the seen, They were trying to put back together this union--gorilla, all six foot six of him. He was a mess! They ended up taken him on a stretcher in a “Med VAC Unit.” Blackburn, did live but Eddie was scared he might not make it!
Eddie’s, school up in Washington was concerned about what happened to Eddie in California. They thought the “whole system,” seemed to be setting Eddie up, for a fall but got caught with the “church person.” Eddie, was sad to move back to California after trying to start a new life in Washington. But California had the best program for his disabled child. Eddie, left California originally because the courts passed a judgment on Eddie and his handicap son.
The Sheriff, said "the DA might want to press charges on Eddie, because of Blackburn’s injuries." but after the witness statement they just dropped the whole case. On another note;. San Francisco-area executives, Dennis Hoover, was hospitalized for emergency surgery. That’s two As. holes down four to go, before Eddie can go to Disneyland!!!!!!
In Memory of: Robert, he was the church person in the story. He will be mist by his family deeply.
My condolences to the family;
Eddie Verdon
